Stretching Update

I am pleased to report that after only 2 weeks of stretching for approximately 10 minutes a day I am nearly able to reach my goal with this pose:


I am really impressed with how much my flexibility has improved in such a short time!

What kind of stretches are you doing? I have the worst flexibility for a girl. The worst.
