No place like Sears?

I was googling the style of our potential house the other night "Dutch Colonial Revival" and a link came up to a Sears catalogue home kit offered in 1923. The house we are buying was built in 1924. It has the same layout as the ad, just mirrored. The bathrooms are in the same place, and same layout, the rooms are the same size. It even has that triple mirror closet in the master. I think we are buying a sears house!
