Humid

It was incredibly humid outside this morning, and foggy, and warm and boy was I sweating on my run (and huffing and puffing!) but I made it 1.62 miles! And my pace for the entire 2.4 miles was 11:16 a mile! Not great for a real runner, but for a beginning slow runner like me that is good! But it was really tough. I hope the weather starts helping me out with this soon!

Tonight it is up to NY again. Mike and I have no plans for tonight other than dinner. He has been working until 9 or 9:30 pm everyday this week so I think he needs some rest. He sent me two pictures of his trip to New Orleans.
