Winter Rose Macros

One of my goals or this year was to look for macro subjects all the time, not just in the spring when all the pretty flowers are around. I managed to get out of work just early enough to catch the end of the light today and I thought I would start with a subject close to home, one of our four rose bushes. I wish I had more time (and light) to play with, but the days are getting longer so I am sure I will have more chances.









I can't wait to finally break in my tripod for macro stuff too!
