Laura Plantation

The first stop on the Plantation Tour I had booked in the afternoon was Laura Plantation.  It had a beautiful little house, and a lot of the out buildings were still in place, including one of the slave cabins.  The tour guide we had was also really funny, and they had the best smelling candles burning in the basement, it smelled like you were in the middle of the most delicious cake.
