I did manage to get up a little early today and do my pilates for my abs before work (and watch my tape of the season finale of Newlyweds. But hey they will be back in June with new episodes. Today is the first day I am staying after work to really use the weight machines. I have a list of 11 exercises I want to get in that I think cover my total body other than my abs and back which the pilates do a good job with.
