Another boring day at work.
The run went pretty well today, I averaged 11:25 minutes a mile for my 2.4 miles. On the treadmill it was hard for me to get past 12 minutes/mile. It was really hot and sticky out. Really gross.
It's back up to NY this weekend. But neither Mike nor I have any money. We will pretty much be sitting in his apartment. I am trying to convince him to take me to his gym on Saturday, even if I have to pay a fee to use it for a day. It would give us something to do. And he has been lifting a lot longer than me so maybe he can show me some exercises I haven't tried before. That would be nice!
