My new phone came today. It isn't as cute in person as the picture I had found online. The red isn't on the keypad, and the back and front are different reds and different finishes. It's cooler than my old phone though, and cheap so I will probably keep it. And my mind has already moved on to what fun things I can buy next, a new camera lens, a new scanner, a heart rate monitor. It's no wonder we have no money left at the end of the month, and that we haven't saved up a downpayment on a house yet (though how anyone can save up $100,000 for a 20% on a small condo is beyond me, and why they would spend that much as well). Speaking of which I found the listing for one of the townhouses in our complex online this week. It has been for sale since we moved in here at least. I looked it up then and the list price was $640, it's now down to $519K. Here is the description:
