Changeover Starting

Well I have been at work for 4 hours already! Yeah. I love changeovers. We had a few hiccups this morning, but that was why I came in so early because I expected such things to happen. Everything is underway now. I hope we can stick to the schedule. I wish I could hit the gym at lunch but I don't think that is really likely, and this week it isn't as crucial as this is the only day of mechanical work I have so I can go at lunch on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. At least I am getting some exercise walking out to the plant and back.
