Running was good again today! 2.05 miles before walking. I can't wait until I can run my whole run (2.5 miles currently). Then I am going to start working on speed work one day a week so I can work my way up to 3+ miles of running!
My week has been really boring so far. And really frustrating. I just feel so tired and trapped and annoyed all the time. And I know what it will take to change all of that but I am just not making any progress in that area. Which really sucks!
