Ramekins

Last Friday my group had our work offsite. We went to cooking school at Ramekins in Sonoma. We had a really great time and made some delicious food. Obviously I took my camera, I am not going to post pictures of work people but here is a picture one of them took of me slicing potatoes.


Our menu was:
  • Dungeness Crabcakes with Lemon Aioli (yummy!)
  • Pissaldeira (my favorite thing!)
  • Caesar Salad with Marmigiano Crisps
  • Steak au Poivre
  • Herbed Potato Gratin (this is what I helped make)
  • Grilled Zucchini and Red Bell Pepper Rolls
  • Chocolate Souffle with Vanilla Bean Creme Anglaise
